Fresh or crushed and added to yoghurt or pancake batter. or included in a frozen or fresh smoothie.

BARLEY

used as a whole grain side dish or in a soup. To make it stick together, mix in some cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, or avocado.

PEPPER, BELL

Finely diced, sliced and roasted in the oven, sautéed, or red, orange, or yellow.

BROWN-EYED PEAS

Serve the dish warm with rice or just mixed with little salt, pepper, and olive oil.

BLACKBERRIES

Fresh, baked, or added to smoothies.
